What can you use the points for?  They can be used for VIP store purchases, the points-for-cash exchanges that Carbon offers and certain tournament entries.  They do not count toward earning your VIP status or clearing bonuses.  Both restrictions are fairly standard when it comes to these sorts of promotions.

As for players who get Carbon Poker rakeback, you will earn your bonus points at the same partial rate that you earn regular VIP points –  65%.
